BBMG Corporation (the 「Company,」 Stock Code: 2009) announced that, effective November 10, 2025, Ms. Hao Liwei has resigned as a non-executive director and as a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee. Following her departure from these roles, Ms. Hao will maintain her position as the dean of the Green, Low-Carbon, and Environmental Protection Technology Research Institute at Beijing Building Materials Academy of Science Research Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company. According to the announcement, Ms. Hao confirmed no disagreements with the board.

Concurrently, the board appointed Mr. Kong Qinghui as a non-executive director, with his service term aligning with the seventh session of the board. Mr. Kong currently serves as the deputy party secretary of the Company. He holds degrees in accounting from Chongqing University of Technology and in logistics engineering from Chongqing University. His prior positions include roles within BBMG Jidong Cement Group Co., Ltd. and other affiliates. Mr. Kong will not receive additional remuneration in his new capacity.
