HUSCOKE HLDGS (HKEX: 00704) has announced that three independent non-executive directors will step down from their positions effective June 18, 2026.

Mr. Qiu Boyu has resigned as an independent non-executive director to dedicate more time to his personal affairs. Following his departure, Mr. Qiu will also cease to serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee and as a member of both the nomination committee and the remuneration committee.

Mr. Cai Weikang has resigned from his role as an independent non-executive director due to other professional commitments. Upon his resignation, Mr. Cai will also no longer be a member of the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees.

Dr. Zhang Xinbin has resigned as an independent non-executive director to focus more on personal matters. After his departure, Dr. Zhang will also relinquish his position as chairman of the remuneration committee and his membership on both the nomination and audit committees.
