Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited (GEG) has set 12 August 2026 for a board meeting to review and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of a potential dividend declaration, recommendation or payment, alongside other corporate matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director and Chairman Francis Lui Yiu Tung. Other executive directors are Joseph Chee Ying Keung, Paddy Tang Lui Wai Yu and Eileen Lui Wai Ling. Non-executive directors comprise Charles Cheung Wai Bun and Robert Charles Drake, while the independent non-executive directors are James Ross Ancell, Professor Patrick Wong Lung Tak and Jaime Sze Wine Him.
