Sunac Services Holdings Limited disclosed that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.03 billion ordinary shares as of 23 September 2026, despite an ongoing share-repurchase programme that has not yet resulted in share cancellation.

From 28 May to 23 September 2026, the company repurchased 39.30 million shares—equivalent to 1.29 % of its issued share base on the mandate approval date—at prices ranging between HKD 0.7124 and HKD 0.9699 per share. These shares have not yet been cancelled, so they continue to be counted in the total share capital.

The latest transaction, executed on 23 September 2026, involved 300,000 shares bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.76–0.77 per share for a total consideration of HKD 229,820.

Under the repurchase mandate granted on 22 May 2026, Sunac Services is authorised to buy back up to 304.90 million shares. After accounting for the purchases completed to date, 265.60 million shares remain available for repurchase. A moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares is in effect until 23 October 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
