Shares of cloud computing service providers moved higher at the start of trading on Tuesday, with NEBIUS (NBIS.US) initially surging close to 9%. At the time of writing, the gain for NEBIUS had moderated to around 7%. Oracle (ORCL.US) was up more than 2.5%, Alphabet (GOOG.US,GOOGL.US) rose over 2%, CoreWeave (CRWV.US) advanced more than 1%, and IREN (IREN.US) saw a slight increase.

The positive movement follows an announcement from Nebius regarding the official launch of a six-month "Physical AI Living Lab" program. This initiative is designed to leverage Nebius's AI cloud infrastructure alongside NVIDIA's cutting-edge technology to provide full-stack physical artificial intelligence development support for robotics startups in the UK and Europe.

Participating startups in the program will gain direct access to NVIDIA's physical AI technology stack. This includes NVIDIA OSMO for workload orchestration, the Cosmos world foundation model, NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab for robotic simulation training, and integration with Voxel51's FiftyOne for synthetic data generation.

The first phase of the project will be deployed on Nebius's infrastructure located in the UK. This infrastructure is fully built on NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell server edition GPUs. The program allows startups to build, fine-tune, and deploy production models on the Nebius AI Cloud without the need to invest in and construct expensive underlying hardware architecture themselves.
