CMA LOGISTICS (01292) has announced that current Executive Director Mr. Nian Yong Wan has been appointed as Chairman of the board. His term is effective from February 11, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the sixth board of directors' term. Concurrently, Mr. Wan will step down from his position as General Manager of the company effective February 11, 2026. From that date until a new General Manager is appointed, Mr. Wan will act as the interim General Manager. The board has proposed the election of Mr. Yong Ming Gong as a Non-Executive Director of the company. This proposal to elect Mr. Gong will be submitted for shareholder approval in the form of an ordinary resolution at a general meeting.
