Global leading customer relationship management platform Salesforce.com (CRM.US) recently signed an agreement to acquire Regrello, an artificial intelligence (AI) native solution provider. The company plans to integrate Regrello's technology into its Agentforce and Slack platforms. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to a statement released on Monday, the acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of Salesforce.com's fiscal year 2026. This acquisition will not impact Salesforce.com's guidance for fiscal year 2026. The transaction will be funded through cash on hand and will not affect the implementation of its capital return program.

Regrello CEO Aman Naimat stated in the announcement: "We founded Regrello with the mission to eliminate efficiency barriers in enterprise work. Joining Salesforce.com enables us to leverage its extensive platform resources to promote intelligent process automation technology to more organizations, helping teams move away from outdated, inefficient, and costly traditional work methods toward agile AI-driven work approaches."
