WebX International narrows 2026 H1 pre-tax loss to HK$1.00–3.00 million on stronger fabric and apparel sales

WebX International Holdings Company Limited reported a sharp improvement in interim profitability, projecting a consolidated loss before tax of approximately HK$1.00 million to HK$3.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (2026 H1). This compares with a HK$7.90 million loss in the same period of 2025, according to the company’s preliminary unaudited management accounts released under GEM Listing Rule 17.10(2).

Management attributes the narrower loss primarily to a rise in gross profit driven by increased sales in the functional knitted fabrics, apparel and yarns segment. Higher administrative and other expenses partly offset the margin gains.

The figures remain subject to finalisation and review by the Board, the audit committee and the company’s external auditors. WebX International plans to publish its full 2026 H1 results upon completion of these procedures.

The Board advises shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares pending the release of the finalised results.
