Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (“UBOX ONLINE”, 02429) disclosed on 19 August 2026 that it converted 40.67 million unlisted ordinary shares into an equivalent number of H shares.

Before the transaction, the company had 42.46 million unlisted ordinary shares and 937.51 million H shares outstanding. Post-conversion, unlisted ordinary shares dropped 95.79% to 1.79 million, while H-share issuance rose 4.34% to 978.18 million.

Including 9.01 million treasury shares, UBOX ONLINE’s total share count now stands at 987.18 million. The board confirmed that the conversion was duly authorised and executed in full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and applicable regulations.
