The company formally established a Group Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology Office under a unified technology and AI framework.
This new office will be operated by Prism AI Studio Pte. Ltd. (Prism AI), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The Group Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology Office will function as the central hub responsible for driving the group’s AI development blueprint, standardizing development protocols, coordinating cross-business technical resource allocation, and ensuring data compliance throughout its lifecycle.
Under the guiding principle of "one unified platform, replicable capabilities," the division is dedicated to developing reusable AI solutions to lower transformation costs and improve returns on technology investments.
