2026 Private Sector Top 500 Decliners: Vipshop, Hengshen Holdings, and Wens Foodstuff Each Slip Eight Spots

The latest "2026 China Top 500 Private Enterprises" list, released by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce on September 22, highlights notable declines among certain major firms. Notably, Vipshop (China) Co., Ltd. now holds the 100th position, dropping eight places from its 92nd rank in the 2025 edition. The company's revenue fell from 108.421 billion yuan to 105.920 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.501 billion yuan year over year.

Hengshen Holdings Group Co., Ltd. stands at 101st place this year, also falling eight spots from last year's 93rd position. Its revenue declined from 106.874 billion yuan to 105.389 billion yuan, marking a reduction of 1.485 billion yuan.

Similarly, Wens Foodstuff Group Co., Ltd. ranks 103rd, slipping eight places compared to its 95th place in the 2025 rankings. The company's revenue decreased by 1.062 billion yuan, moving from 104.924 billion yuan to 103.862 billion yuan.

The findings come as part of the broader annual assessment of China's leading private enterprises, with JD.com, Alibaba, and Hengli securing the top three positions.
