Foshan Haitian Flavouring And Food Company Ltd. (H-share ticker: 03288) announced on September 3 that it repurchased 1.6979 million A-shares for a total consideration of 57.9765 million yuan. The buyback price ranged between 33.97 yuan and 34.28 yuan per share.

In a separate transaction on the same day, the company also bought back 470,100 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HK$13.178 million at prices between HK$27.92 and HK$28.24 per share.
