DAZHONG DENTAL: Sigma Global Fund SPC Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 7.73%

On August 7, 2026, Sigma Global Fund SPC sold 743,100 shares of DAZHONG DENTAL (H shares) at an average of HKD 18.9364 per share, involving about HKD 14.07 million.

Prior to the disposal, Sigma Global Fund SPC's long position in DAZHONG DENTAL was 2.15 million shares, representing 11.81%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 1.41 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 7.73%.
