City Developments Limited announced that on Apr, 09 2026 it established a 2 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency perpetual securities issuance programme.

United Overseas Bank Limited has been appointed as the arranger and dealer for the programme.

The issuer can from time to time offer perpetual securities denominated in Singapore dollars or other currencies to institutional and accredited investors under Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act exemptions.

Proceeds will be used for the group’s general working capital, corporate funding needs and the refinancing of existing borrowings.

City Developments has applied to list any securities issued under the programme on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
