BETTERLIFE HLDG (06909) announced that on September 26, 2025, Betterlife Tianjin (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into property lease agreements with Tianjin Guomao for the leasing of certain properties. The properties include: a property located at No. 59 Qicheyuan Middle Road, Tianjin Free Trade Zone (Airport Economic Zone), with a construction area of 9,336.1 square meters; and a partial property located at No. 66 Hehe North Road, Tianjin Free Trade Zone (Airport Economic Zone), with a construction area of 1,164.0 square meters. To meet the group's ongoing operational requirements, the group entered into the property lease agreements. Through entering into the property lease agreements, the group can continue to lease these properties and remain at existing locations to conduct automotive dealership business, without the need to search for new operating locations and suitable lessors or change related logistics arrangements.
