Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (GW Tiandi) has published its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form on both the company’s website (www.gwtd.com.hk) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders can access the documents online immediately; printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime, effective 31 December 2023, GW Tiandi has formally adopted electronic dissemination as the default method for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company’s and HKExnews websites.

To ensure timely receipt of future notices, shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the share registrar. If a valid email address is not provided, shareholders must proactively monitor the company’s and HKExnews websites for updates, and actionable corporate communications will be sent in printed form only.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may indicate their preference via the reply form or by emailing goldenwheel.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such requests will remain effective for one year from receipt.
