LAOPU GOLD (06181) announced that its share incentive platforms - Beijing Jinbu Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (Beijing Jinbu), Beijing Jinji Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), Beijing Jindi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), Beijing Jinyong Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Beijing Jinli Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (collectively referred to as "Share Incentive Platforms") - have reduced their holdings of company shares through block trading.

The company's controlling shareholders Mr. Xu Gaoming, Mr. Xu Dongbo, and Beijing Hongqiao Jinji Consulting Advisory Co., Ltd. did not participate in the reduction and have no association with this share reduction.

On August 27, 2025, the general partner of Beijing Jinbu was changed from Hongqiao Jinji to a natural person nominated by the share incentive platform, and this natural person is not a related party of the company. Following this change, Beijing Jinbu will no longer be an entity controlled by the company's controlling shareholders Mr. Xu Gaoming, Mr. Xu Dongbo, and Hongqiao Jinji, and Mr. Xu Gaoming, Mr. Xu Dongbo, and Hongqiao Jinji will no longer hold any interests in the company shares held by Beijing Jinbu.
