JINHAI MED TECH (02225) announced that on November 6, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Jinhai Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Medtronic Changzhou Medical Device Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Medtronic PLC (MDT). The agreement aims to promote the clinical application of real-time navigation spine endoscopy technology in China.

Under the framework agreement, the parties will collaborate to: (1) develop domestically leading and internationally advanced integrated navigation spine endoscopy solutions based on clinical needs; (2) allocate resources to organize academic exchanges domestically and internationally, facilitating clinical and technological advancements in real-time navigation spine endoscopy in China; and (3) provide each other with navigation spine endoscopy prototypes for clinical demonstrations, training, and marketing activities to support testing and evaluation of the technology.
