• A circular dated 16 June 2026 detailing a proposed share consolidation and the corresponding notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM). • A form of proxy for use at the SGM, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, with provisions for any adjournment.

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard copies enclosed; others are directed to access the documents online under the “Investor Relations” section.
