The company stated that English and Chinese versions of circulars, proxy forms, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, and related documents will be accessible on both its official website (www.weichaipower.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to submit functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic notifications. Those who do not provide an email address must monitor the two designated websites independently to stay informed of new publications.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials can request them free of charge by completing the reply form enclosed with the notice or by contacting the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via mail (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or email (print@weichai.com.hk).
