Printed copies have been dispatched only to investors who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Aligning with the paperless listing reform under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, the company has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both language versions will be accessible online, replacing routine physical distribution.

Shareholders wishing to continue receiving hard copies must complete and return the enclosed reply form or email the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at southmanganese@computershare.com.hk. Each request remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

To ensure timely notification of new publications, the company encourages holders to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form. Without an active address, investors will not receive publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently; only actionable corporate communications will be mailed in print.
