Shenghui Clean (02521) announced that on May 18, 2026, Huali Digital Zhengzhou and the buyer (Guangzhou Tianyou Shenghui Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an equity transfer agreement. Under this agreement, the buyer agreed to purchase and Huali Digital Zhengzhou agreed to sell a 70% equity stake in Huali Digital Guangdong (the equity to be sold) for a consideration of 15.75 million yuan. The directors believe that if the acquisition is completed, it will present a favorable opportunity for the group to enter the artificial intelligence system development and related services market. It will further strengthen Huali Digital Guangdong's capabilities in AI-driven services, thereby broadening the group's revenue sources and further diversifying Huali Digital Guangdong's portfolio of AI-driven services.
