(002044) announced that due to work requirements, Xu Tao has applied to resign from his positions as non-employee representative director and member of the board's Strategy Committee and Nomination Committee. After his resignation, Xu Tao will continue to serve as the company's president and will fulfill related responsibilities after being elected as employee representative director by the company's employee representative assembly.

Xu Tao, born in December 1974, currently serves as the company's employee representative director and president. He previously held positions as non-employee representative director and co-president of the company, executive director and general manager of LIANHUA (00980), executive director of Wanning China, chief financial officer for Rentokil Asia Pacific Excellence, and general manager for Greater China; financial controller and head of audit for Greater China at Unilever.

In the first half of 2025, Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Holdings achieved revenue of 4.109 billion yuan, with a net loss attributable to shareholders of 221 million yuan.
