Alita Resources Limited announced that Independent Director Fergus Jockel has resigned from the board, effective Jan, 23 2026.

The company said Mr. Jockel stepped down to help reduce costs, noting that his geological expertise is not required under current circumstances.

Mr. Jockel joined the board on Nov, 26 2020 and was acknowledged for assisting the company in emerging from liquidation in Apr, 2024.

Following his departure, the board consists of Non-Executive Independent Chairman Norman Mel Ashton, Executive Director Paul Vincent O’Farrell and Independent Director Roderick John Sutton.
