DYNAGREEN ENV (01330) announced that Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") signed a Deepening Cooperation Framework Agreement and its supplementary agreements with Alibaba Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. on April 27, 2026. Based on the principle of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit, sincere cooperation, and joint development," the two parties have established a partnership to jointly promote the development of digital and intelligent solutions in the solid waste industry. This collaboration is founded on mutual recognition of each party's core strengths in their respective fields. The partners aim to capitalize on national priorities regarding information security and domestic technological development, building upon the successful implementation of previous benchmark projects and maintaining technical architecture continuity. Both parties have agreed to cooperate on innovative projects, including smart power plants. Cooperation in the intelligent operation of solid waste power plants will be deepened. Alibaba Cloud has already assisted the Company in deploying intelligent combustion optimization systems at its Tongzhou and Wuhan projects. The collaboration will now be expanded to provide intelligent services for the Company's other power plants. Furthermore, the partners will jointly develop advanced technologies, including intelligent handling of waste cranes, fly ash, and leachate, as well as intelligent detection for multiple types of solid waste. This partnership is expected to enhance the intelligent operation level of the Company's waste-to-energy projects and contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of its core business. Prior to the execution of specific implementation contracts, the fulfillment of this framework agreement is not anticipated to have a material impact on the Company's financial performance for the current year.
