AV Concept Holdings Limited announced that 10.00 million repurchased ordinary shares were cancelled on 20 July 2026. The move reduced the company’s outstanding share count from 898.00 million to 888.00 million, a dilution of the share base by 1.11%.
On the same day, the company bought back an additional 1.28 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$1.25 each, spending HK$1.60 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Repurchases completed on 15 July (1.67 million shares at HK$1.3389) and 17 July (5.05 million shares at HK$1.3423) also remain uncancelled. In total, 8.00 million shares—equivalent to roughly 0.90% of the current issued share capital—are awaiting cancellation.
Since shareholders approved the current repurchase mandate on 5 September 2025, AV Concept has bought back 28.66 million shares, representing 3.15% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate permits repurchases of up to 90.87 million shares.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals, effective until 19 August 2026.
