P.B. Group Limited has published its Annual Report for FY 2025/26 together with a circular detailing key resolutions to be tabled at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The documents, available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.thepbg.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal, set out proposals for: 1) Re-election of retiring directors 2) Granting of general mandates to repurchase shares and issue new shares 3) Re-appointment of the external auditor

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties accessing the online versions can obtain printed copies at no charge by submitting the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. Requests should be sent to Tricor’s office at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided.

The company emphasizes electronic dissemination as the preferred method but will continue to dispatch printed notices to shareholders who have not supplied a functional email address via their intermediaries.
