Omnivision has announced the completion of its most recent share repurchase program.

The company confirmed that the buyback was finalized on July 1, 2026.

Through centralized competitive bidding, Omnivision (00501) repurchased a total of 8,750,205 A-shares.

This quantity represents approximately 0.69% of the company's current total share capital.

The repurchase was executed at a maximum price of 98.99 yuan per share and a minimum price of 85.22 yuan per share.

The average price paid for the shares was 92.95 yuan each.

The total expenditure for the buyback amounted to 813,318,503.88 yuan, excluding transaction fees.

The company stated that this share repurchase fully complies with all relevant laws and regulations and meets the requirements set out in its buyback plan.
