Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing a fresh on-market share buyback executed on 21 May 2026. The company repurchased 1.49 million ordinary shares at prices between HKD 7.55 and HKD 7.59, spending HKD 11.30 million in aggregate.

Including this latest tranche, share repurchases undertaken since 4 February 2026 under the current mandate total 19.99 million shares, equivalent to 0.56 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the date the mandate was granted (22 May 2025). All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation; none are being held as treasury shares.

Kingdee’s issued share capital stood at 3.55 billion shares on 21 May 2026, unchanged because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled at the reporting date.

The board is authorised to buy back up to 354.95 million shares; the 19.99 million shares repurchased to date represent 5.63 % of that limit. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Kingdee is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 20 June 2026.
