In the realm of credit business marketing and growth, Qifu Technology has established a linkage model via its Qifu Shuke platform, combining frontline operations with multi-level command centers at branch and head office levels. Through a multi-agent combination of AI loan officers, AI operators, AI supervisors, and AI growth officers, the system covers client management, customer group analysis, opportunity mining, operational conversion, and performance management, forming a layered intelligent agent system that supports both frontline marketing and management oversight.

On the frontline, the AI loan officer supports tasks such as mining new and existing client leads, screening opportunities, building client files, conducting visits, and communicating via phone or WeChat Work, while also identifying event-driven opportunities and connecting them to product applications and transactions.
