Abbisko-B Adds 2.00 Million New Shares via Employee Schemes, Buys Back 20,000 Shares

Abbisko Cayman Limited (Abbisko-B) disclosed a series of share capital movements on 8 July 2026 that collectively raised the company’s issued share count while marginally increasing its treasury stock position.

• Share issuance under employee schemes On 3 July 2026, Abbisko-B issued a total of 2.00 million new ordinary shares to non-director participants of its share award and option plans. The shares were allotted in four tranches, with issue prices ranging from HKD 2.77 to HKD 4.00.

• Share repurchase On 8 July 2026, the company repurchased 20,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 11.74 and HKD 11.76. The transaction cost HKD 0.24 million and the shares are being held as treasury stock.

• Capital structure after the transactions Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose from 715.99 million to 717.97 million, a net increase of 1.98 million shares, or 0.28%. Treasury shares increased from 8.21 million to 8.23 million. Total issued share capital, including treasury shares, now stands at 726.21 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation Abbisko-B is authorised to repurchase up to 71.65 million shares under the mandate approved on 20 May 2026. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate total 0.49 million shares, representing 0.07% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date.

• Shares pending cancellation Separately, 2.49 million shares repurchased between March and April 2025 remain outstanding and have yet to be cancelled.

These adjustments reflect routine capital management activities tied to employee incentives and ongoing share buybacks.
