HUTCHMED (China) Limited released an updated breakdown of its nine-member Board of Directors and their respective committee roles as of 13 May 2026.

The Board remains chaired by Non-executive Director Dr Dan Eldar. Executive responsibilities continue under Dr Weiguo Su, listed as Chief Executive Officer* and Chief Scientific Officer, and Mr Cheng Chig Fung, Johnny, who serves as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Non-executive Directors comprise Ms Edith Shih and Ms Ling Yang, while Independent Non-executive Directors include Dr Renu Bhatia (also appointed Senior and Lead INED), Dr Chaohong Hu, Professor Tan Shao Weng, Daniel, and Mr Wong Tak Wai.
