The agreement also encompasses the integration of supply chain data financial systems to support the construction and development of China's electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

The collaboration maximizes the strengths of both parties, achieving complementary development and synergistic effects. Zhixin will provide technical support for intelligent management and customized charging station solutions, while the company will assist in market promotion and business development activities.

Both CHINA ART FIN and Zhixin will collaborate on developing charging station solutions specifically tailored for the Chinese market.
