At the 2026 Boao Real Estate Forum, the Property and Urban Services Conference was held in Hainan on the morning of August 13. During a panel discussion themed "New Frontiers of Service," Pan Pinyi, Vice President of Country Garden Services Group and President and COO of its affiliated smart IoT (PARA) group, emphasized that as the company scales up the deployment of smart devices and robots, it remains focused on the career development paths of its nearly 300,000 frontline employees.

He noted that one of the core bottlenecks hindering the industry's long-term growth is the narrow path for advancement at the grassroots level and the lack of professional recognition. Only by systematically creating career upgrade pathways for frontline workers can the industry truly achieve high-quality development. The key to solving this challenge lies in establishing a collaborative working model between humans, intelligent agents, and robots.

He further explained that, from the perspective of industry-specific applications, the complexity of residential property service scenarios is high. Currently, no mature technology or service provider can fully meet the demands of comprehensive residential deployment. Simply introducing robotic hardware cannot unlock efficiency gains. Therefore, the company has taken the initiative to invest, continuously iterating and upgrading its digital capabilities through trial and error. This approach not only provides career development opportunities for frontline staff but also lays a competitive foundation for long-term sustainable growth.
