Main Board-listed Huscoke Holdings Limited announced that it has received further resumption guidance from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 7 July 2026, expanding the conditions the company must fulfil before trading can resume.

The Additional Resumption Guidance requires the group to: 1. Publish all outstanding financial results in accordance with the Listing Rules and resolve any audit modifications. 2. Appoint an independent internal control consultant to verify that (i) deficiencies linked to the current trading suspension have been rectified and (ii) the company’s internal controls are adequate and effective, particularly in the financial reporting cycle. 3. Re-comply with board, audit committee and internal control requirements under Rules 3.10(1), 3.10(2), 3.10A, 3.21, 3.25 and 3.27A.

Taking into account previously issued directives, the Stock Exchange has consolidated the resumption requirements into five key tasks: 1. Demonstrate compliance with Rule 13.24 on sufficient operations or asset values. 2. Disclose all material information necessary for investors to appraise the group’s position. 3. Release all outstanding financial statements and address related audit issues. 4. Complete an independent review of internal controls and implement all recommended remedial measures. 5. Restore full compliance with the specified corporate governance rules on board and committee composition.

Trading in Huscoke Holdings’ shares has been suspended since 30 March 2026 and will remain halted until all resumption conditions are satisfied. The company will continue to issue periodic updates in line with Rule 13.24A. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
