China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (“C Transmission”) has released its Interim Report 2026 in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website and on the company’s homepage (www.chste.com). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials have been sent copies in their chosen language.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-efficient listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), C Transmission confirms its transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be available online; printed copies will no longer be issued unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive printed materials must notify Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, by returning a completed reply form to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or by emailing ctransmission.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and format preference. Until a functional email address is provided via their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees), these shareholders will receive postal notifications whenever new corporate communications are posted online.
