GRAND OCEAN AR (00065) announced the completion of its share placement on October 17, 2025. This represents approximately 16.67% of the company’s issued share capital following the completion of the placement and issuance of the new shares. The net proceeds from this transaction are estimated to be around HKD 13.5 million.
