NIRAKU (01245) announced that on November 20, 2025, the seller (its non-wholly owned subsidiary, NBI Regional Revitalization Investment Co., Ltd.*) entered into a trust beneficial rights transfer agreement with the buyer (SMFL MIRAI Partners Company, Limited*). The agreement involves the transfer of the trust beneficial rights of "Hospitality Flower Nankaku Hot Spring Inn" for a total consideration of ¥875.2 million (approximately HK$46.4 million). The transfer is expected to take effect on December 2, 2025.
