MINTH GROUP (00425) rose more than 4%, gaining 4.03% to HK$41.28 by the time of writing, with a turnover of HK$318 million.

The company announced this morning that its subsidiary, Precision Industry, has entered into a framework agreement with Taiwan-listed company Alliance. The parties intend to collaborate on projects related to smart robots and robotic dogs, including the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of complete smart robots and robotic dogs, as well as the development of application scenarios for these products.

The board believes the framework agreement provides the group with an opportunity to further expand its presence in the smart robotics sector, deepen cooperation with existing automation system integration partners, and explore new commercial opportunities in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of complete smart robots and robotic dogs.

CMB International Securities noted that the pace of the Tesla supply chain is accelerating, with Tesla's Optimus expected to be launched and mass-produced around late July to early August. Domestic leader Unitree Technology is anticipated to go public in mid-year or the third quarter, which is expected to attract significant attention from the capital markets. Another leading company, Deep Robotics, is also preparing for a listing. The firm believes that before the emergence of concentrated catalysts, it is an opportunity to position at the bottom of the robotics industry chain companies.

On the supply chain front, the firm primarily recommends MINTH GROUP, citing faster-than-expected progress in robotics/AI liquid cooling/low-altitude economy developments. It advises monitoring potential new significant developments in the company's AIDC field and notes that the company's fuel cell system components, such as SOFC and PEMFC, have achieved order breakthroughs both domestically and internationally.
