A 2024 graduate hired directly into JD.com's retail division received their bonus in the first week back from holiday, targeting 20 months' compensation next year. One employee highlighted a jump from 4 to 7 months' bonus since joining, with promotions reflecting their performance. Another reported total 2025 cash earnings equivalent to 38.64 monthly salaries, while one received a bonus of 20,771 yuan.
