Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET, SEB) said it will publish its financial and operational update for the first quarter ended Mar, 31 2026 on Apr, 28 2026. The announcement was made by its managers, Stoneweg EREIT Management Pte. Ltd. and Stoneweg EBT Management Pte. Ltd., on Apr, 10 2026.

The stapled group owns a portfolio valued at about 3.2 billion Singapore dollars, comprising more than 90 predominantly freehold logistics, light industrial and data-centre properties across nine European countries. The assets span roughly 1.6 million square metres of lettable area and serve over 700 tenants.

SERT also holds an initial 73 million Singapore-dollar equity stake in AiOnX, the sponsor’s hyperscale data-centre development fund, and recently committed a further 73 million Singapore dollars via a mandatory convertible loan, providing additional exposure to the sector.
