Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00576) announced the appointment of Wang Qiming as General Manager, effective 18 March 2026. His tenure will run until the conclusion of the company’s tenth board session on 30 June 2027. Acting General Manager Li Wei will relinquish those duties on the same date.

Born in 1973, Wang is a senior engineer and senior economist holding a master’s degree. Since beginning his career in September 1992, he has held key managerial and Party leadership roles across Zhejiang Communications Investment Group and its affiliates, including: • Deputy Director, Jiaxing Municipal People’s Government General Office • Director-General Manager, Zhejiang Toumen Port Investment and Development Co., Ltd. • General Manager, Zhejiang Zhoushan North Channel Co., Ltd. • Director-General Manager, Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta Investment Co., Ltd. • Director-General Manager, Zhejiang Communications Investment Expressway Operation and Management Co., Ltd.

The company confirmed that Wang holds no shares in Zhejiang Expressway or its associated corporations, has no relationships with existing directors or major shareholders, and has not served as a director of any listed company in the past three years. Zhejiang Expressway stated that no other matters require shareholder attention under Rule 13.51(2)(h)–(v) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

As of the announcement date, the board is chaired by Yuan Yingjie. Other directors include Executive Director Li Wei; Non-Executive Directors Zhao Xilong, Fan Ye and Huang Jianzhang; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Pei Ker-Wei, Lee Wai Tsang, Rosa, and Yu Mingyuan.
