Frontier Services Group Limited (FSG) has notified investors that its Board of Directors will convene on 28 August 2026. The meeting’s primary agenda is to review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The announcement, dated 14 August 2026, confirms that the session will also address other routine matters (“inter alia”). Board leadership remains unchanged, with Non-Executive Chairman Chang Zhenming presiding, Deputy Chairman Ko Chun Shun serving as Executive Director, and Zhang Yi acting as Chief Executive Officer. The Board currently comprises four non-executive directors, two executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.

Investors can expect the publication of FSG’s 1H26 financials shortly after the 28 August meeting, in line with Hong Kong disclosure requirements.
