CHEUK NANG HOLD (00131) has announced multiple board changes effective from September 17, 2026.

According to the official announcement, Mr. Li Dingyao has resigned from his position as a member of the Audit Committee but will remain as a Non-Executive Director. Meanwhile, Mr. Lam Ka Wai has been redesignated from an Independent Non-Executive Director to a Non-Executive Director, and has also stepped down as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

In related appointments, Mr. Wong Chun Shek has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Councillor Chan Ying Yan (Joephy Chan) has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee.
