CHINA GAS HOLD (00384) announced that on April 29, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, China Gas Hongda, entered into an agreement with Beijing Gas Group Tianjin. Under the agreement, China Gas Hongda will purchase, and Beijing Gas Group Tianjin will sell, 60,000 tonnes of liquefied natural gas between April 1, 2026, and April 1, 2027. The execution of this agreement and the associated transaction will enable the group to secure a stable and reliable supply of LNG. Beijing Gas Group Tianjin, an indirect subsidiary of Beijing Enterprises Holdings, operates the Tianjin Nangang LNG receiving terminal and has access to diversified LNG resources, including its own imported LNG and supplies from third parties. The transaction is expected to allow the group to utilize the terminal infrastructure and resource capabilities of Beijing Gas Group Tianjin, ensuring a continuous supply of LNG for its distribution and trading operations.
