Full Truck Alliance recently issued an internal announcement stating that it will cancel the company-wide "Struggle Day" arrangement. The company simultaneously emphasized that this adjustment does not represent a weakening of fighting spirit, and that facing intense market competition, employees still need to maintain a competitive mindset and fully commit to creating value.

According to sources, Full Truck Alliance previously designated the last Saturday of each month as "Struggle Day," requiring normal work attendance. Regarding the cancellation of "Struggle Day," the notification stated that this adjustment represents an important measure for the company to pay attention to employee needs and optimize work experience.

"We hope everyone will take this as an opportunity to improve daily work efficiency, transform the positive effects of this policy adjustment into actual business results, and achieve self-growth through efficient work. We deeply understand that any institutional iteration needs to adapt to different development stages, and continuous optimization is the norm," the notification stated.

Earlier this year, market rumors suggested that Full Truck Alliance would pursue a secondary listing in Hong Kong. Subsequently, internal sources from Full Truck Alliance responded that there are currently no Hong Kong listing plans. The company will closely monitor market developments and changes in company business, and evaluate at any time whether it needs to consider the possibility of dual listing in the future.
