ILUVATAR COREX (09903) has announced that on March 30, 2026, the board of directors passed a resolution to propose the adoption of an H-share incentive plan for the company. The H-share incentive plan is designed with the following objectives: (i) to attract and retain eligible participants of the H-share incentive plan who have made significant contributions to the long-term growth and success of the group, and to recognize and reward these participants for their past contributions to the group; (ii) to encourage eligible participants to make further contributions to the company and to commit to enhancing the value of the company and its shares for the overall benefit of the company and its shareholders; (iii) to strengthen the company's long-term compensation and incentive strategy; (iv) to align the interests of eligible participants with those of the company and its shareholders, thereby promoting the group's long-term performance in financial, business, and operational aspects.
