Minth Group Limited (425) announced that its subsidiary, United Alloy-Tech. Company Ltd. (UATC), has successfully obtained orders from a Taiwan-based AI server manufacturer to design, develop, and manufacture immersion liquid cooling tanks. Technical verification has been completed, with deliveries scheduled to begin in stages from mid-November 2025.

Simultaneously, the group has finalized technical verification of its manifold design with another Taiwan-based AI server liquid cooling system manufacturer and has secured related orders. Initial deliveries for these manifold products are anticipated to commence by the end of December 2025. The end customers for both sets of orders are global semiconductor companies.

To support these orders and future potential business, Minth Group (425) has formed a joint venture with Wuxi Formen Technology Co., Ltd. and completed relevant production facilities in Jiaxing. The facilities currently support small-scale production, with large-scale capabilities planned for late December 2025. This expansion aligns with the growing global demand for AI server liquid cooling technology. The joint venture leverages Minth Group’s established global production capabilities, along with Formen Technology’s extensive experience in liquid cooling systems, providing a foundation for further growth in AI server-related business.
