CDB LEASING (01606) has entered into separate financial leasing contracts with lessees Hainan Huatie Dahuangfeng Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Harley Huatie Digital Technology Co., Ltd. on March 26, 2026. Under the agreements, the lessor will acquire the leased assets from the lessees for a total consideration of approximately RMB 462 million. The lessor will then lease the assets back to the lessees for a lease term ranging from 72 to 96 months. The leased assets consist of aerial work platforms and forklifts located in Zhejiang Province, China.
