Gravitics Holdings, a developer focused on large-scale space structures and orbital systems, unveiled the terms for its initial public offering on Thursday. The company is offering 8.1 million shares at a proposed price range of $14 to $17 each, aiming to secure approximately $125 million in gross proceeds.
The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "GVTX." As part of this IPO transaction, Gravitics will merge with Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems (NASDAQ: NIMU), a shell company previously traded on the over-the-counter market. That entity, which had been developing a non-invasive whole-body periodic acceleration therapy platform, ceased operations in 2019 and has since been seeking a reverse merger partner. Following the completion of the merger, the combined entity will be renamed "Gravitics Holdings."
Founded in 2021, Gravitics specializes in the design, development, and commercialization of large space structures, including orbital vehicles, cargo logistics spacecraft, space station modules, and related engineering and technical services. The company's primary customer base spans government entities and the commercial space industry. Notably, Gravitics highlights a $125 million fixed-price contract with affiliated party Axiom Space to develop and deliver a cargo vehicle capable of docking with Axiom's commercial space station. According to available data, the company generated $400,000 in revenue for the twelve months ending March 31, 2026.
